Even the strongest man in the world will collapse if one's health is not taken good care of. Not even a single man can be excused from death, no matter who you are. Everyone is being treated equally in this world. My mum once said, this is your faith, you have got to accept it. But from my point of view, if you are waiting for the mighty lord to lead you , give you sign, to decide every single thing for you, you are just pushing your luck, your opportunity, and avoid any possibility to happen. If God give you one gift, you should fully maximize it. If you can live until 80 years old, to enjoy the family laughter much more longer, please do not shorten it. If God give you good health , please please don't take advantage on it.
